How to permanently delete your PrimusLink account and associated data

1.Before You Delete

Please review the following requirements before requesting account deletion:

Active Orders

All active Orders must be completed or cancelled before your account can be deleted. If you have ongoing Orders, please complete them or work with the other party to cancel them first.

Pending Payouts

Any available payout balance is sent to the connected Stripe account before closure. Funds still in the Security Hold Period are released after the hold ends, see Terms of Service. Confirm payout details are current before requesting deletion.

Open Disputes

Any open Disputes must be resolved before account deletion. Terminating your account does not eliminate payment obligations incurred prior to deletion.

2.What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following will be permanently removed: your public profile and username; your portfolio images and videos; your listings and packages; your social platform connections (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch); your saved preferences and settings; and your conversation history on the platform.

What We Retain

Under U.S. law and our Privacy Policy, certain records may be kept after account deletion, including: transaction and tax records (often up to about seven years); materials needed for the 24-month non-circumvention period; signals used to block banned users from re-registering; dispute evidence; and anything else the law requires. When possible, retained data is de-identified or minimized.

3.How to Delete Your Account

Delete in the App

Deletion runs only inside the PrimusLink app. Open Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. After confirmation, the account is scheduled for permanent removal in 30 days and the request can be cancelled anytime before then from the same screen. The Delete Account option stays disabled until every item in Before You Delete is satisfied.

Can't access your account?

If you cannot sign in, restore access first using Reset your password. Account deletion requires an authenticated session and identity verification.
