How It Works

Simple. Secure. Transparent.

From the first click to the final payment, here’s exactly how PrimusLink works for creators and brands. Funds are secured before any work begins, and release only after the brand approves.

One process, two sides

Five moments. Both of you see the same one.

  1. Creator

    Create your profile

Sign up and connect your social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch). Your follower count, engagement rate, and average views are pulled directly from platform APIs—no screenshots, no guesswork. UGC creators without a large following can instead build their profile with a portfolio of real work and a verified track record.

    Create your brand account

Sign up and set up your brand profile. Then browse creators—every profile shows a PrimusScore, verified track record, success rate, verified reviews, and a portfolio of real work. For influencers, audience data is pulled directly from platform APIs. No self-reported screenshots, no guesswork.

  2. Creator

List packages or apply to briefs

Create service packages (e.g., “1 Instagram Reel, 3-day turnaround, $500”) or browse brand briefs and submit proposals. You set your own rates and terms.

Browse creators or post a brief

Filter creators by platform, niche, audience size, and engagement rate. Or post a Brief—describe your campaign, set your budget, and let creators apply.

  3. Creator

    Deal confirmed — funds secured

Once a brand accepts your package or selects your pitch, payment is secured before you start. Funds are held before any work begins. You’ll be notified to begin work.

    Confirm deal — payment secured

Purchase a creator’s package or accept a pitch. Payment is secured before any work begins. The creator won’t start until funds are confirmed.

  4. Creator

    Create and submit your deliverables

Produce your content and upload your deliverables on the platform. The brand has 72 hours to review your submission. If they don’t respond, the content is automatically approved and payment is released.

    Review delivered content

The creator uploads their deliverables. You have 72 hours to review, approve, or request revisions. If you don’t respond, the content is automatically approved and a 3-day security hold begins. You can still open a dispute during this window if needed.

  5. Creator

    Get paid

After approval, a 3-day security hold applies. Once the hold ends, your earnings are automatically paid to your Stripe Connect account and deposited into your bank account. No invoices, no waiting on the team. You receive 100% of your agreed rate. The brand pays the platform fee and any Stripe payment processing fee separately—nothing is deducted from your earnings. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days, depending on your bank and Stripe.

    Payment releases automatically

After approval, funds are released to the creator following a 3-day security hold. A 10% platform fee is charged on top of the creator’s rate. You only pay for approved work. Be sure to download your delivered files within 90 days of order completion—files are permanently deleted after that period and cannot be recovered.

Disputes

If the two sides disagree, a person reads it.

For Creators

For Brands

Content didn’t meet your brief?
