How quickly can I launch a campaign?
Post your brief and start receiving creator applications right away. The more detailed your brief, the more relevant your applicants are likely to be.
What if my brief doesn’t get enough applicants?
Request Concierge Match on any active brief, and our team will personally recruit creators and invite them to apply. You don’t need to do anything else—it’s included with your plan, with a request limit based on your plan tier.
How does payment protection work for brands?
Your payment is secured before work begins. If you approve the delivered content—or don’t respond within 72 hours—a 3-day security hold begins. Once the hold ends, the creator’s earnings become available for transfer. You can open a dispute during the applicable review or security-hold period.
What if I’m not satisfied with the content?
During the 72-hour review period, you can request revisions or open a dispute if the content doesn’t meet the agreed requirements. After approval or automatic approval, you can still open a dispute during the 3-day security hold. Both parties first have 72 hours to try to resolve the issue. If no agreement is reached, PrimusLink Support makes a commercially reasonable effort to resolve the dispute within 5 business days after receiving all requested information. Complex cases may take longer.
How do you verify creator data?
For influencers, follower count, engagement rate, and average views are pulled directly from platform APIs and refreshed regularly, but not in real time. Audience demographics (age and gender) are available for Instagram and YouTube. For TikTok and Twitch, demographics are provided by the creator. For UGC creators, trust comes from their Primus Score: a verified track record, success rate, verified reviews, and a portfolio of real work—all visible before you commit.
What if a creator misses their delivery deadline?
After the delivery deadline passes, the creator has a 24-hour cure period to submit the deliverables. If nothing is submitted in that time, the order is automatically canceled and the creator’s rate is refunded to your original payment method. The platform fee and Stripe processing fee are non-refundable.
How long are my content files available after a completed order?
Delivered files are stored for 90 days after your order is completed. After that, they’re permanently deleted, so be sure to download your content before the 90-day storage period ends.
