How quickly can I launch a campaign?
Post your brief and start receiving creator applications right away. The more detailed your brief, the more relevant your applicants are likely to be.
How does payment protection work for brands?
Your payment is secured before work begins. Funds are released to the creator only after you approve the delivered content. If you don’t respond within 72 hours, the content is automatically approved. After approval, a 3-day security hold begins, during which you can open a dispute if the content doesn’t meet your brief.
What if I’m not satisfied with the content?
You must open a dispute during the 3-day security hold after approving the content. This is your opportunity to report any issues before payment is released. Our support team will review the case and respond within 5 business days. If the content doesn’t meet the agreed specifications, we’ll work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
How do you verify creator data?
For influencers, follower count, engagement rate, and average views are pulled directly from platform APIs in real time—no screenshots or outdated statistics. Audience demographics (age and gender breakdown) are available for Instagram and YouTube. For TikTok and Twitch, demographic data is provided by the creator. For UGC creators, trust is built through PrimusScore: a verified track record, success rate, verified reviews, and a portfolio of real work—all visible before you commit.
What if a creator misses their delivery deadline?
After the delivery deadline passes, the creator has a 24-hour cure period to submit the deliverables. If nothing is submitted within that time, the order is automatically canceled and your order value is refunded to your original payment method. The platform fee and Stripe processing fee are non-refundable.
How long are my content files available after a completed order?
Delivered files are stored for 90 days after your order is completed. After that, they are permanently deleted. Be sure to download your content before the 90-day storage period ends. PrimusLink will send an email reminder approximately 7 days before expiry.
