Our dispute resolution team reviews every case. If a brand doesn't respond within 72 hours of delivery, content is automatically approved. If issues arise, you can open a dispute during the 3-day security hold window after approval. A real team member handles every case—no bots.
How does PrimusLink verify my credibility?
If you connect your social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitch), your follower count, engagement rate, and average views are pulled directly from the platforms' APIs—no screenshots or manual entry. If you're a UGC creator who doesn't post to your own channels, your credibility is built through your PrimusScore: your verified track record, success rate, verified reviews, and a portfolio of real work. Brands see it all before they reach out. The more successful deals you complete, the stronger your profile becomes.
Do I need to disclose if my content uses AI?
Yes. If your deliverable uses generative AI for voice, likeness, or core script generation, you must disclose it to the brand before they approve the content. Failure to disclose gives the brand the right to a full refund. This requirement is part of our Terms of Service (§9.1(i)). When in doubt, disclose—transparency builds trust and protects both sides.
