Funds are held securely until you complete the work. After brand approval—or automatic approval after 72 hours with no response—a 3-day security hold applies. Once it ends, your earnings become available for transfer through Stripe Connect. All deals have a $100 minimum order value.
Direct Bank Payouts via Stripe
Connect your bank account through Stripe Connect. After the 3-day security hold, your earnings become available to transfer—no invoices or manual approval from our team. Standard transfers typically arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on Stripe and your bank.
Get Paid Faster with Instant Transfer
Once your available balance reaches the $10 minimum, eligible creators can choose Instant Transfer for a fee of up to 1.5%, with a $0.50 minimum. Funds usually arrive within 30 minutes, subject to Stripe and bank availability.
Uploaded Content Is Protected During Review
For eligible files uploaded through PrimusLink, the brand receives a watermarked preview during review. The original files become available only after approval or automatic approval. Watermark protection doesn’t apply to linked or already-published deliverables.

How does payment work?

What if a brand doesn’t approve my work?
If a brand doesn’t respond within 72 hours of delivery, the content is automatically approved and a 3-day security hold begins. If issues come up, either party can open a dispute during the applicable review or security-hold period. Formal disputes are reviewed by the PrimusLink support team.
How does PrimusLink verify my credibility?
If you connect your social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Twitch), your follower count, engagement rate, and average views are pulled directly from the platforms’ APIs—no screenshots or manual entry. If you’re a UGC creator who doesn’t post to your own channels, your credibility comes from your Primus Score: your verified track record, success rate, verified reviews, and a portfolio of real work. Brands see it all before they reach out, and the more deals you complete, the stronger your profile becomes.
Do I need to disclose if my content uses AI?
Yes. If your deliverable uses generative AI for voice, likeness, or core script generation, you must disclose it to the brand before they approve the content. Failing to disclose may result in remedies under the Order Terms, including a refund when applicable. This requirement is part of our Terms of Service (§9.1(i)). When in doubt, disclose—transparency builds trust and protects both sides.
